BIMM Instructor

The Windham School District, Texas Department of Criminal Justice is now accepting applications for a Business Image Management Multimedia Instructor at the Travis State Jail in Austin, Texas.

Minimum Qualifications: Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) teacher certificate in "Office Education, Voc. Office Education, Basic Business, or Business Composite."  If applicant has no SBEC certification, must have a Bachelor's degree with a major or minor in business and 3 years full-time, wage earning experience, within the last 8 years, in a computer field along with an approved Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and pursue certification in one of the acceptable fields mentioned earlier.  Vocational instructors shall obtain the required industry certification/license before the end of the contract year in which the teacher is first employed in order to maintain employment with the district.
