EDUCATIONAL
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university.
Experience in administering occupational aptitude or educational tests
preferred.
KNOWLEDGE
AND SKILLS:
Knowledge of testing procedures is preferred. Knowledge of test security
procedures is preferred. Skill to proofread with accuracy is preferred.
Organizational skills preferred.
PARTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Administers and/or assists in the administration of the
educational achievement test for incoming offenders. Administers and/or assists in the
administration of the General Education Development (GED) tests. Administers
and/or assists in the administration of vocational aptitude tests and language
assessments for incoming offenders. Establishes and maintains security of all
testing materials and test booklets. Organizes and plans testing sessions for offenders
as needed. Examines all testing documentation for accuracy and correctness.
Delivers or arranges for the timely delivery of testing materials to the
Windham Records Office. Assists in compiling statistical testing information
and reports for the units in the region. Maintains Participation Records for
the units in the regional testing program.
Develops procedures for the efficient and accurate flow of information,
reports, and test data for the units in the region and central administration
offices.
