The Superintendent of the Windham School District (WSD) has designated the WSD Office of the General Counsel as the recipient of all transmitted EMAIL and FACSIMILE requests under the Public Information Act. For such requests the address, email address and facsimile number shall be as follows:

Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (Student Records Requests)

Pursuant to 20 U.S.C. Section 1232g:

The WSD Superintendent has designated the WSD Counseling, Testing and Records Department as an alternate recipient of FACSIMILE requests under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Email requests shall be accepted only if a signed release is scanned and emailed as an attachment, as FERPA allows the release of educational records only through a signed request or in response to a subpoena. For requests of student records, the address, email address and facsimile number of the WSD Counseling, Testing and Records Department shall be as follows:
